Okay, this contest is for a header/Logo design. *Needs to say, Mom Blogging 101 or MomBlogging101 (depending on what looks better with your design) *Header size should be 960x150 -- Logo size 450x150 (and should be a reflection of the header design) *Files needed are JPEG and PSD Site will include blogging how-to's, tips, videos, wordpress & blogger tips, monetization tips...you get the idea. Don't let the word MOM steer your direction the wrong way. I DON'T want moms in the header or anything too animated. I'm open to your creativity. This contest ends in 48hrs (20th)

Colors, I don't have any preferences. I'm pretty open. Just nothing too bright like lime greens and such.
@HPGraphic -- A little plain, boring. Looking for something more creative, unique. @Hide My Ass -- Very cool and unpredicted. It's very techie and i really like the 101 being different and angled. I don't like the grass thing..I instantly thought of marijuana, a bug, or grass..LOL Colors are cool. I'm still trying to decide on the circle......I can't get the grass thing out of my head..change that if you can.
Update: BTW: It was not a tree lol I also I realize that the writing on the left isn't so clear i may fix tomorrow, good-Night for now

@CHS I actually love the simplicity of yours. The colors are fine too. Do you think that you could do a color variation using the same pink as the RSS icons on the template at http://momblogging101.com Other than that, don't change anything. @technoguy Love the concept, not the colors though. I can't tell if I don't like the green or if it's the blue/green combo that doesn't suit me. So maybe work on the colors.
Thanks CHS. Just leave as is now. @HideMyAss Because the Mom Blogging 101 stands out so much, I honestly think it can stand on its' own so try leaving off the stuff on the left.
@MasjackyThe red stands out but doesn't really match to me. What about a turquoise/blue color? @nayirpro--still thinking. Not sure about the arrow. I don't mind the circle but trying to decide on the arrow. other than that, no major changes at the moment for you two.
