I'm not sure if banner is the right description but essentially It's going to be the header of a profile. On the left will be a picture and on the right some details. The layout I want is exactly the same, i.e picture on the left and data on the right in some kind of surrounding. The pictures on the left of people will be edited in by us but I need a background design & a surrounding of the text like seen in the picture above. Whilst I want the same layout I obviously don't want to just blatantly copy their design so looking for some creativity, go wild. Key points: Colour: Black, white, greys & gold. Use gold sparingly. Background: Image isn't necessary, just looking for a nice clean, fresh background. It is for a sports team if you do wish to use an image then feel free but no sport/team in specific so it'd have to be a pretty versatile picture. Surrounding of text: Like the one above, needs to be a pretty bland base as text will be put on it but something that pops out (3d effect) would be nice.
