    Banner must be very nice and better than the actual banner.
    Please make same size banner and provide screenshot of this site and the
    banner.

    Banner don't have to be green. It can be green or any color that will match the website

    Very nice try. but it will be better if background picture is helping hand or a picture showing that together we can help each other. Background picture must have someting to do with help. I don't think it should be money
