Contest 48h $50 Logo Contest

Hello. I need a Logo design for a business called "DVM Contractors"; the design has to be professional. The business’s main objective in working with managers teams, infrastructure, civil construction.
I would also like if you could incorporate a jade green in the Logo.
Other than that, the logo has to be simplistic but pro looking.

Tech specs:

- I would like a Photoshop version and also a vector version (Illustrator or Corel)

I like it overall, but it's to simplistic. Can you add an extra element, to make it stand out - right now it's plain text. You can also try different colors - jade green I thought it would be appropriate because that company works with a lot of arab countries.

A couple of ideas:

 

@diferiko: I like youre second design, but try a different element. The company doesn't contract people just for buildings,
It contracts also for roads and for petrol extraction.
@kainraziall: same as for diferiko; the concept is good, but I don't like the house

Same for rockafello and pelhuz.
@Orangu: you have to simplistic designs.
