Due a hosting company change my site will be offline about 48 hs.

Is that too bad for Search Engines?
It is possible to be banned for this only reason (48 hs missed)

    Hello there,

Why would you be down for 48 hours?

If you use a database, I would move that over to the new server first. Then, if your using a dsn for the database on your old server, I would just point that to your new database so your new database gets updated.

After you do that, you can change the nameservers. While they change, your website still points to your old site. After about 72 hours, you can cancel your old site without any downtime.

You wouldnt be banned for being down.

However, sometimes if a crawler cannot find the page, they would take it out of the database. However, that is probably after a much longer time frame than 48 hours.

    Hope this helps.

    Sincerely,
    Travis Walters
