Contest 48 Hour Logo / Header Contest - $20 to Winner!

We are in need of a Logo (possibly a full header if you need more room) for our new website.

The main "theme" should involve a Video Camera shooting some sort of bullet. And maybe a bit of "magic" mixed in.

The site's title will be:

Video Magic Bullet

Code (markup):

The Title doesn't necessarily need to be part of the logo, but if it helps, use it.

The background will be black, so make sure the logo background is either transparent and/or works well with a black header.

Please be creative and have some fun. Feel free to ask any question or make suggestions.

We will pick a winner by Friday 3pm PST. (Provided we have a decent entry, which I have trust in all of you.) Winner will be paid via Paypal.

Will will need the PSD file upon completion/payment in case we need to add/alter it in the future.

what size the banner will be?

 

The header of the site will be 960px wide, and the height is flexible 150-300px. So the logo portion could just cover a small portion of the width.

That is pretty nice. It is after midnight here, so I will review it with my partner in the morning and see what he thinks and report back.

So far, I kind of like PSPRO's submission.
I was hoping for more of the bullet to look like it is/was coming out of the video though.

@Darike - Those look nice, but a little too bright and busy for our needs.

@Genial - Very nice and simplistic. The top part though is a little "off" of what we were thinking.

At this point, I think I will have to extend the contest another 24 hours to see if any more entries come in or to see any revisions. With limited entries, I can't declare an official winner just yet.

 

I was thinking you will tell something like this I will try tomorrow to clean it up and make it look cleaner and professional.

 

can you please tell me what you need changed in the logo?

 

The top image part. I didn't like the video reel part and the bullet needs to look more like a bullet. And if the bullet is coming out of the video, even better.

Sorry about that. I will try to make future contests a little less complicated and provide a lot more details. This was a spur of the moment thought.

None of the submissions at this time fit our needs on this one. So I am going to restructure the contest and try to make it easier and more viable. I will start a new thread in a week or so.
