Google takes a percentage of what the advertisers pay. If the top company bids $1 and the 2nd top company bids $.50 you get $.51 minus google's cut

    1. Advertisers Bid for the ad positions and google takes a little fee when someone click on the ads of the advertiser.

    2. Two different username from a same computer? Yes, that will flag the accounts as google may think that the accounts belongs to the same person.
