what about plexpay. egopay, and perfectmoney. those are popular paypal alternative in Hyip world.. the first one is not yet though

 

Payment Processor like them must be careful, they have a bad authorization for the member.
And they only get a business licence from a small country.
Think back about Egold and Ebullion.Com.
I'd be better use for Paypal.Com

 

merchantinc.com is another good paypal alternative but I didn't see it on your list. it is a merchant account for only $8/month it is US based merchants only however

 

How the best that payment processor?
Is it could be use for international residence?

 

I use MoneyBookers and Neteller as alternatives for Paypal. But Paypal is No1 and the biggest part of the people use it

 

I would like to give 1 advice to those people who are using paypal as main source for receiving or sending funds .....Just have your backup ready because paypal can ditch you anytime

There's no Perfect Money & Egopay ?
It should be there
Because nowadays pretty a lot of merchant use it.

But, Paypal still the Best!

 

I agree that Paypal is the best payment processor between Moneybookers and (maybe) Neteller.
But, I can not open an Neteller because of my country residence.
