Selling 46,236 Uniques, 7967661 Hits - VERY CHEAP $300- Adsense Ready! $80/mo revenue

I bought this site here on the digitalpoint forums for $600, it was advertised to make $80/month on adsense, but I've not had the time to mess with this site. I'm basically giving it away for $300. If you want proof of adsense earnings I can pull up the old post. The site has been down for june and july because of me not installing phpSHIELD on the new server, traffic WILL pick back up as you can see from AWStats.

If you want to make a quick buck with adsense, I'd take advantage of me cleaning out my inventory!

I'm cleaning out all the sites I don't have time for today, so keep your eyes peeled on the forums for more insane deals from me!

I suspended the account thinking it was crashing the whole server, but it was the veportal rsync backup feature. It should be back up now.

Will you provide free transfer of domain and site to the buyer's server/hosting...?
Also, you haven't mentioned which payment method you will accept. PayPal..?

 

Actually, it was advertised previously in May as making $100 per month with Adsense.

What's the problem with it? Is it just not making any revenue at all or what? From the feedback you left the seller you bought it from the site makes zero and this post you made seems to confirm that.

Don't get me wrong, I see you are selling at a knockdown price considering what you paid for it and it is a pretty decent domain, but I'm struggling to understand how a site with that many uniques makes nothing.

Are the traffic stats you are quoting here for May when the sale where you bought it went through? It seems upon closer inspection that the actual figure might be 3k - 4k uniques per month (still not bad) - would that be an accurate reflection of the true amount of traffic?

All those stats are from it being on my server, not from the previous seller. I didn't make any money, I think due to google throttling my earnings on a new adsense account. I was making 1 cent per click. I got about 8 clicks per day after I positioned the ads correctly. I was banned from adsense before due to violating there terms, and i tried to make another account for slashvid that they banned. They were probably throttling my earnings the whole time because they knew there were about to ban that account because of me being on their blacklist.

Even if they were not throttling my earnings, it was making 1 cent per click is the bottom line. I am banned, therefore I can't try more ways to increase my earnings with adsense. ( I was banned before this site, just tried to go at it again.)

This site may not make $80/mo with adsense like the other guy advertised......BUT i'm sure it would do good on something like CPA lead, or you may know more than I do about adsense. I am willing to haggle the price with you, as stated in all of my posts I have no interest in the sites I have posted here, and I know there are ads that pay you per 1 thousand impressions that you could start making instant money with.

In reply to traffic, the site was down displaying a message saying "PHPSHIELD loader not installed blah blah." for the two months it was getting 3-4k So I'm sure I lost a lot of traffic during that time. I just now got the site back up and not displaying "PHPSHIELD loader blah blah" so I expect traffic to increase back to where it was in april and may.

 

I'm confused. How can the stats be from your server when you bought it in May of this year? Surely that's when they should begin - May, and not January?

Sorry to hear about your woes with Adsense. A somewhat unfortunate position to be in for a webmaster.

 

Weird we didn't use the cpanel transfer feature, you're right. I started ownership of the site in may. I don't know why it's showing stats from way back when. If you are interested I can cut you a deal mcfox.

 

No thanks coreyman. I'm not very keen on video sites. Although they look interesting (and yours did), I've never had much luck with them. :/
