Thanks guys for the various suggestions.. I did some optimization on the ad placements and am waiting for the results. The traffic is of good quality, i just need to find the right niche. I never said i wasn't making money, i just wasn't making what i should with that traffic.

Going to try out maxbounty and valueclick

Also trying out adtoll again, paullie helped me with some optimizations regarding that.

Why would i sell my site ? I never said i was losing money. I am just not making enough like i should be. Anyway, i am looking for ideas to improve the income and not to get the site off my hands.

 

the problem is with the quality of traffic.

 

dont sell it!!! - if the traffic is stable and u can increase potential traffic sources dont sell.

Darkknight - contact maxbounty and valueclickmedia ( you get an account manager on both ) i get twice the income from valueclick and 4 times in income from maxbounty.

this may sound silly but in terms of adsense I would just change the content slightly so you dont get smartpriced.

also build a newletter as some of maxbounty offers can be applied ( not all )

You may have mentioned it but what is the makeup of your visitor? u.s.? men, women, teens?

Thank you for all your suggestions. I have worked things out and its better now. The problem was not with the traffic but with the design and placement. I have changed it and now i am getting better click through rates. Also i have implemented direct advertising on the site, I figured this was the best way to monetize my website.

XML SEARCH FEEDS, premium Mid tier can really improve your PPC rates
Been doing this for a while but you really need quality Traffic, or they
just shut you down or turn off the feed.
