$45 PayPal personal logo design for website. 1st of many jobs to come

    Hello my name is Bill Bruce. I joined this forum to outsource some of the growing needs of projects I am involved with. This is my first contest. I am starting with a logo for my personal website billbruce.info so that I can get a feel for how the contests work. I will follow it up immediately with a contest to design the logo for our business site PokerTournamentConsultants.com (please only submit for the first contest in this thread)

    The first contest is for my personal site: A little about me I'm a consultant in the casino gaming industry. However, you do not need to use any gaming images. I would just like a strong logo that has my name with my initials somehow. I have always liked the double R's in the Rockstar energy drink logo also (not that I want you to copy that in any way just letting you know where my heads at). Think web 2.0 and brand ability.

    I will pay $45 USD via PayPal to the best submission. There will be a winner chosen no matter what. I have seen the submissions for some other contests and I am confident that there are many talented people here. I look forward to what will be the first of many business transaction that I will be making here.

    I have had a few questions / submissions via PM and I would like to post the info for all interested.

    I want to encorporate the main Burgondy color (#330000 if I remember correctly) as it is the one thing that is consistent across my blog and social networking sites. The logo really doesn't need to be very busy but it should be professional. Please visit my site billbruce.info to get a feel for it.

    I don't know if I am very good at feedback, but here goes (my first attempt also).

    I like how you incorporated the double B like I mentioned. But, I do not like the block that much. I would also like to see more color and a more profesional font. I appreciate the submission.

    Once again I see you are following my feedback which I appreciate. I clicked on the link to your portfolio, can I see something along the lines of your JamJig logo (the Matt Sawyer caught my eye also)
