****NOTE: this contest is continued from this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1198543 I have increased the prize money & added some information below. If you have a design in the previous thread you may post an updated version here.***** Hey Everyone- I need a logo for my website Mannequin Maven dot com (No Spaces). The website is going to be an online store that sells all kinds of mannequins, dressforms, torsos etc try being creative. maybe have a mannequin leaning on a logo/or coming out of one of the letters etc, vector stuff is nice too! You can google 'mannequin' or 'dressform' to get a better idea. I am hoping to get something within the next 48hrs. Feedback will be given on every entry. - I want a nice, sharp, clear & clean design - No crazy colors - be creative, maybe add a mannequin, a vector mannequin or something else! - Contest will run for 5 days (or until I find something I like - which may be sooner) - the more variations you present in your entry the bigger chance i'll like one of them - Winner will be paid $45 immediately via PayPal Any questions feel free to ask here. The winner may also get other jobs from me in the future. Thanx
Dakouten - i actually liked when the mannequins were gray better (maybe a little darker gray) but you still need to make the text look more appealing...and make it all blend nice Thanx
onlyfights - Thanx for your entry. I really like the font! but the orange is too bright a color & those people don't really look like mannequins. Also if you can eliminate the space between the two words. looking forward to seeing your revised design! Renderwork - Thanx for all you submissions! However, I dont really like the color or mannequin. The text is also a bit too plain/common looking. TO ALL: You may want to try adding a vector 'dressform' with the stand or something. Search google images to see what I mean. Just an Idea.
gfxpr0 - Thanx for your entry. I like what you did with words; it looks nice. Maybe make the bottom word a little less bold so it doesnt stand out so much. & I dont like the mannequin; It doesn't really have any definition. Renderwok - no worries, thanx for your latest entry. I like the dressforms you have! try making them a little smaller & putting the words side by side (instead of on top of eachother) & change the font a lil (less 2.0 ish). and the ribbons: either remove them totally or make them a lot more subtle. You can try adding a tape-measure around the dressform etc Pixobox - Thanx for your entry. I like the middle design the best - the font & colors are nice. I dont like the mannequin/dressform. perhaps try adding a little more detail. or a new one totally. Looking forward to your revised design! Thanx
