Koncepts - Nice. I like these 2 the best. I like the text design on the first logo better, although the first logo is shorter horizontally. This leaves a lot of extra white space between the logo and the Member Login button. The second logo takes up more space (horizontally), which is nice. Can I see the first logo with the text all on one line (so it takes up more space horizontally)? You can add a second house so that it covers the extra text length. House 1 House 2 RealEstate Partners Advantage @istvan - I like your colors, but the design is not quite what I'm looking for. @Fidel - You made me laugh - thanks for the input. I had no idea REPA meant carrot in another language.
Here is an edit version of my logo design, including a graphic element that can be used separately.....
Thanks everyone for the creative submissions. Some of them are a bit too orange, though (@Ramakrishna). I don't want to shock my visitors with super-bright, garish colors. @Design4u - Yes, I like it. @brainstormingin - Nice. I like the drop shadow, the black buildings, and the way you highlighted Estate Partners. One revision request. Can you change the bright orange to a more subdued color (similar to Design4u's red color, or the red on the Member Login button)? @Acerone - Thanks for the vote. Yes, Xpressions has created a created a beautiful logo - and the blue-gray color matches nicely with the website. I just don't like the REPA abbreviation (and I would like the logo to extend further horizontally).
@brainstormingin - I like your design the best. I like the new colors, but I don't like the yellow sun. Could you delete the yellow sun, please? (You may need to make the buildings a bit taller if you delete the sun.) @Design4u - I like your design second-best. @koncepts - Sorry, but I think I'm going to choose either brainstorming's logo or Design4u's logo.
Thanks to everyone for all the creative submissions. I like the design by "brainstormingin" the best. @brainstormingin - You win. Please delete the sun and we're good to go. I did a very sloppy job of deleting the sun (some orange pixels still visible behind the buildings). Here's what it looks like without the sun.
