$45 Logo Design Contest for Real Estate Website

Looking for an attractive, professional logo for http://realestatepartnersadvantage.com/test

Would like the logo to be at least 2 colors and blend nicely with the design of the website. I was also thinking about including a real estate related image (i.e. house), but this is not a requirement. The site title is Real Estate Partners Advantage - and should be included in the logo.

Deadline: Midnight April 10, 2007. Payment will be made through Paypal. I reserve the right not to dub a winner. If a suitable design is not submitted, I will probably extend the contest until I find a winner.

Yes, the site title is Real Estate Partners Advantage, and this should be included in the logo.

@mitcharr - It needs to be the full name - Real Estate Partners Advantage. You can shrink the font size, or put two words (Real Estate) on one line if that makes it easier.

@Tropica - I don't like the arrow, but it's a good start. Maybe capitalize the R E P and A, and put them in a larger font size. As mentioned above, I would like the logo at have at least two colors. Would like to include the dark black.

@cdotech - Not quite what I'm looking for, although I like how you capitalized the "R" and tried to add an image. It's difficult to tell what the image is, though. It kind of looks like the edge of a book.

Raghav & xpressions - Nice logos, both of you. Both are clean and professional.

@ Raghav - Very sharp, but I'm not too fond of the red color. Could you change the red roof, and the word "estate" to a orange color (possibly a gradient), like the Member Login button? It might look terrible with orange, but I'd like to see how it goes.

@ Xpressions - I like how you used a blue-gray gradient for the letters. That blends nicely with the site, and I like how the "A" is used as part of the house. I would like to incorporate a small amount of the orange color, though. Could you make the "A" orange (matching the Member login button), and the word "Advantage" orange (like the button)?

Not sure if I like the abbreviation "REPA." Could you do the same theme - but without the REPA abbreviation?

@koncepts - I like the first 2 logos you designed, especially the 2nd one, but I'd like to modify the colors a bit. I'm not too keen on the green color.



For the logo above, could you change the green roof color to a dark orange (to match the Member Login button), and change the color of the word "Estate" to Red (similar to the Member login button)?

Would like to see someone create a logo with a rooftop (orange/red/dark gray) and then "Real Estate Partners Advantage" underneath the rooftop (going across horizontally). Here's a very bad sketch of what I'm trying to express.



Of course, I would like the font/text to be something nicer than what I have (and not black).

LOL ... REPA ... This is very funny ... in my language "repa" is carrot, and in slang in free language "repa" is money. ahahaha RLMAO
