Contest $45 - Label design / name badge design

Hi All

I help run a forum https://www.closeprotectionworld.com/

I am running a conference and need to design a name badge. This contest is to create and design a name badge.

One the rear of the badge I plan to have 2 x QR codes, 1 for Itineray and 1 for raffle prices.

Once the design is done, the badges will be printed off with all the attendee names on (via mail merge or similar)

We have the badge size which and A4 page template which equates to 3 badges (2 sides as the below) like the below;

Hi again, I hope you’re well.

this is my favourite, can you please show what it would be like inverted, with the blue background more like white with black writing. I’m worried it will be difficult to read with the dark background from a distance. Plus we have to hand write peoples names who do not pre-book.
