    I think that would be fair -- but perhaps the two might be able to come with an amiable agreement... If not, then it will be in best judgement to do what you think is fair.

    This is what we are doing... I'm not going to post anything that has copyright issues on my site... so since I made the decision to go with tdgraphics I will give him the choice to take my payment of 45 dollars and stay out of the contest, or he can continue on with the contest another 3 days and play fair.
