    I'm looking for:

    1. A banner with logo for the top of my blog. the site

    2. A version of it in common ad sizes (125x125, 468x60, 120x600,160x600)

    Rules:

    1. No common clip art!

    2. Original, not stolen or borrowed!

    3. The back ground should be green.

    4. Feel free to create the text for it as I have not really come up with a slogan for the blog yet. On the ad formats something that will attract people to the site.

    5. You will need to ask my permission to display the design on your site or to promote it in any way. My only concern is someone showing it off next to some porn or hate crime banner.

    Payment: Paypal

Contest ends: Monday at 10PM (Boston time) I reserve the right to end the auction prior to the stated time and date if I like a design. On the flip side I reserve the right to extend the auction if there is a lack of quality submissions. (looking through some of the other threads here there seems to no lack of quality work available)

*** if you are skilled and you are able to install the banner on my wordpress blog let me know your price!

**** No need to submit all of the different sizes in this thread, once I make my final selection(s) you can work on the final formats.

Since nobody replied to this I was wondering if my price was to low? I looked at a bunch of the other threads before coming up with $45, hopefully it is a fair price?

Not sure if this is a bump since I can't edit my first post.

How about giving more of an example of what you want... I would do it if you elaborated more. Also, what size should banner be?

Exnie, I'm not sure how to check what size my site currently uses, I would want the same width and about 200 for the height.

A banner with maybe some colorful flowers in the foreground and a couple green homes in the background, I'm really open to ideas.

And there's the smallest ad image as an example.

BTW I made the house and such from scratch. (Tree was easier than house. Brush manipulation + maple leaves as the clear holes = yay)

Jackuul, I like the slogan and how the word green sitcks out. Is there any way to brighten the background while having the green stand out? Also any way to add some flowers?

I lightened the background on snippets I made that show all the different colors on the image.

I'm open to anything, if animated I would like to keep it short so it does not bother people when they read the first blog above the fold.

I like the one on the right, not sure if we should ad some sort of a bright sky or not. Not sure on the flowers, maybe some tulips or orchids.

Mkay. I'm trying to keep the colors in matching with the blog theme too. Do you want them in proportion to the logo or in addition as large ones? Real? Or in the style of the house?

    Version 8:

Has kind of a dawn look, or dusk. With a glow on the horizon, and a lighter yet less vibrant color toward the top that totally matches the blog color by the edge.

Could you try it with the lower part the gray color like I use for the google ad?

Any way to make the home improvement part not so dark? The same for the house and tree?

Everything is modifiable. However, do you mean the house and tree itself, or the color behind it? Also, what color would you want the "Home Improvement", house and tree? Also, about the flowers, do you want them in proportion to the logo or in addition as large ones? Real? Or in the style of the house?

The more input, the better I can make it to your liking :)
