I don't really care about the color scheme, but I like a template thats colorful with at least three different colors.. Thats up to you. I also don't care about the layout, do whatever you want. Only things I would like: -2 places for Adsense Ads (size doesn't matter) -I don't want the page to scroll so don't make it long. See how if you go to the site now, there is no scroll bar? i'd like to keep it that way. -Design be a more modern style. Web 2.0 maybe? (not a must) gradients maybe? -a news box to put news. -a place to display 3 link partners. (can be in footers) -place or social bookmarks -A navigation menu that has only 'Home' and 'Contact Us' -a copyright in the footers and also 'There are X amount of users online' in the footers as I can get that coded. -Header says Need A Sig somewhere in it with the slogan "Sexiest Sigs on the Net" Thats all I request.
