    Let them believe so, I couldn't care less! :) For all the bazillion questions, what I use is basically just an upscaled version of the method in my signature. This thread isn't to convince anyone of anything, so if they truly seek objective views and opinions they should ask the people who are using my guide and are not affiliated with me in any way.

    How long you have been earning this much from Google? This is amazing, your niche much be high paying and you have a high click ratio. My entire month traffic of 60K is just giving around 100$. And 95% is organic traffic.
