404 error page

    In my Google webmaster crawl stat, I got 404 error due to I change the link of my pages. How do I fix it? Will this affect search engine ranking?

    Replace the page that you removed and do either 301 redirect. Search on the 'net for 301 redirect to learn more about how to do it -- it's different based on what server and programming languages you're using.
