403 error on local test server

    I recently set up a local test server, and am having trouble accessing the server via ip address.
    I have made sure all the proper ports are open. ( It worked before I reformatted and reinstalled ).
    Apache, php, and MySQL are all working and I can access the pages using the local virtual host container names.

    Any ideas what I have missed or done wrong?

    Have a check at error log files.. They will help in analyzing the exact error.

    is this on a GNU/Linux machine? It looks like there is a problem with your permissions but as @MilesGeek pointed out, it is best to check your error log file for more information....
