Recently, one of our hypervm machines went down, and most clients were down for a few weeks. We have taken many precautions to prevent this from happening in the future, for example we are now doing complementary weekly backups to raid 5+ hotspare protected server, and we are using ssh keys for all of our VPS nodes. No, These are the cheap unmanaged plans. They with the lxadmin/hypervm panel, but thats about it. What do you mean by "fully managed"?
I mean that if you can install/update software on request, as well as solve issues, or do I have to do it myself.
Well, lxadmin comes installed, and we do not support cpanel/DA on these plans. We do have managed automated backups though, and 24/7 ticket support, so I guess the plans are "semi-managed".
