I can get around 4,000 unique visitors a day but most of the time been getting only 20-30 clicks :( Is this because of placement? I thought I've done them correctly (under the post, on sidebar, at the bottom of the post)

Any other advice you guys can give me? It's just a pity that I waste these traffic for nothing. Link to my blog on the signature

Yes, its basically due to placement or type of ads.

Use Ads at the beginning of the post but not the one you are using. Try the 300*xxx size, that works well at the top.
At the end of post use ad size of 336*xxx and only one ad is enough there. Use one image ad in the side bar.
And then check the results for a week.

I put one banner ad at the top right of my blog, One Rectangle ad at right sidebar, One rectangle ad between posts and one leaderboard ad below categries.
Make your ad placement just like mine one.

1, visitors are satisfied on your page than advertise
2, visitors cant see related advertise on your page
    3, bad ad placement

these are the possible reasons, also you can expect 1% clicks only from your visitors 10% clicks is high one and 50% will get on MFA sites

i think now you get 1% clicks is normal

less image? or smaller? so the ads will stand up, i mean less distractions (could be the images, other links, etc) to make the ads stood up.

Hm, fair arguments. I guess there's nothing we can do more except to get more and more traffic
