4000 monthly visits and 0,1 per day

    So I have something like 4.000 visits per month and I'm still getting %0,1 per day. Is this normal? This is the website: http://www.klayz.com/.

    Even if he had 40k visitors, by his estimates, he still would not be making
    much, and to me it sounds like the visitors are not very targeted, either
    that or he is buying traffic, which has proven to be ineffective.

    Not buying traffic, for sure. Anyway, probably because I have a big project in mind and right now it could still be seen as a "general" website, referring to "visitors not very targeted".

    Good you have a decent amount of traffic. Now its time to change some thing on your website. Think about clear navigation, user friendly website layout, use one responsive ad unit on above the fold.
