    Hi everyone!

So GoDaddy just renewed three of my domains, reminding me that I haven't given these sites any attention for a very long time. I'd like to sell them on to someone who will actually do something with them since I think there's potential for a steady monthly earning with just a few days of initial setup work and some link building/promotion.

    The sites are:

    http://www.travel-insurance-over-70.co.uk
    http://www.travel-insurance-over-75.co.uk
    http://www.travel-insurance-over-80.co.uk

Each of these sites were set up in 2009. I don't have any Analytics stats or social media linked to the sites and they're all PR0 due to me not doing any work on them except the initial setup way back when. The domains are registered until September 22nd, 2017.

I'd like to sell the domain names and sites for $400 for all three.

Why are you selling this site?

I've shifted my focus away from affiliate-style websites to community-style sites (like this one http://www.livinginkigali.com) that take a lot of my time. I've never really given these sites much attention but I know they could, with a bit of initial love and care, generate a decent monthly income.

    How is it monetized?
My intention was to monetize with UK travel insurance affiliate programmes that are geared to people over 70, 75, and 80. I set the site up way back in 2009 with these programmes but have since ceased paying any attention to the sites. With an update to the programmes and the related content, this could be a set it and forget it style business with a check-in once a year or so. You could also add Adsense into the mix.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Nope!

How much time does this site take to run?
I'd guess that it might take a couple of full days of work to apply for the affiliate programmes, set up the new links, update the site to reflect any new content, and to search for new programmes. Then occasional link building and promotion, as with any affiliate site.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Nothing really. The affiliate programmes are out there and it's a lucrative market. The sites are all PR0 but I haven't done any link building whatsoever. They really were an idea I had and then lost interest in early on, not because I didn't think it would work, but because I'm not crazy about working on affiliate sites... I really have shifted my interest to community-style sites and these sites have been forgotten about long ago.
