The links from profile page of forums, links are dofollow but the page are barely no content and no back links to this profile too. So I don't think Google will like to index it or will remove it eventually. For the 100 profiles I got, few of them already got removed by forum mods.

Honestly, very low quality backlinks, but better than nothing. For a $9 to cover all the labor work, what can you expect?

I did not pay this guy and reason why I didn't pay him for this transaction is because he cheated me..
You said 400 backlinks in forums.. via posts and signatures and articles.. while the fact was that you only created profiles and put 4 linkage signatures which will never get indexed by Google or Yahoo...
