Selling $400 a month site a real must see

The site was established in December last and has earned a nice amount of money up until now.



Revenue in the months that the site has been live.

December 2009 the site earned $12.76 that consisted of two sales but one was a refund.



January 2010 the site earned $53.01 that consisted of three sales with no refunds.



February 2010 the site earned $30.63 that consisted of two sales with one refund.



March 2010 the site earned $238.70 that consisted of 13 sales and one refund.



April 2010 the site earned $378.64 that consisted of 19 sales and three refunds.



May 2010 the site so far has earned $175.60 that consisted of 11 sales and one refund.

The site also had one more sale today of $9.63 but was later refunded so that has not been added to this months revenue. The site is on course to break the $400/$450 mark



A little bit about the site:



The site is very easy to maintain and is run on wordpress platform. The site is very easy to update and add further content. All of the content on the site is unique to the site and some very informative posts.



The design of the site I opted for a very simple clean look that is easy on the visitors eye. I have had a few other themes added to begin with but this manifesto theme has been converting superbly. The site is set up as a review site for the super hot reverse phone detective service. I was going to also add a review of the reverse email niche too but have opted to sell the site instead. This is something that I would advice the new owner to look into.

How have I marketed to site?



I have marketed the site through article marketing, social bookmarking, blog commenting, site directories and through yahoo answers. I have found Yahoo answers to be very successful in managing to attract some sales. Where have I submitted the articles?



I have submitted the articles to ezines, articlebase and go articles.

I have achieved Expert author status on http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Stephen_Martel with well over 70 live articles. The winner of the auction will get that account if you are allowed to give away the accounts. Which I am sure would not be a problem.

Although the site is already set up and earning revenue the new owner will still have to carry on promoting and marketing the site. This is not an auto pilot site you will still have to put some work into it.



For somebody looking for a nice established site already earning then this is a site for you.



Also with the sale of the site comes the 75 articles in word format so that you can easily get them rewritten, maybe even rewrite them your self.



All affiliate links will be changed buy changing the 1 php redirect file on the site. I would give the clickbank site too with the sale only it is my personal one and have many live hoplinks for other products that generate me sales. As regard the goarticle account all of the links will be updated to the redirect as at the moment they are just a raw affiliate link.



In the right hands this site could be a gold mine for somebody, somebody willing to put in a little effort to push it further.

Also you could submit the articles to thousands of other directories to get more revenue these three are just the tip of a very big iceberg.
