Contest $40 text re-design for a logo - 4 days

I launched a contest last month and here is the winner's work. I want to make some improvement on the text "Lighting Manufacturer", you can remove the subtitle.



The current color scheme feels a bit cold and the font design is a bit heavy, clumsy, crowded and unclean.

Guaranteed winner. I may end this contest in advance if there's a good design. The contest may also be extended for a few days if no good candidate is available.
