Calling all graphic designers. I need a background for a sports website. Pays: $40 USD Duration: 5 Days-Ends Dec 10 @ 2000 hrs (8pm EST) Here is a link to one of the profile pages on the site, as an example of what I am looking for. I still want the images to be gray, but I want the background to be white, not black. I also would like to see a montage of sports images, not rappers. ie: NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB stars and well known athletes, as well as team logos. Be Creative. An added touch would be to make the images on the left side of the page red (#ff0000) and on the right side blue (#3300cc) Size 1263x500 (note: the image can be smaller, but I do not know how to enlarge it in the css) Note: This image will be used as the primary background for the site. However, I may need 4 additional backgrounds, each specific to a major league sport, which I plan to rotate with each page refresh. Payment is thru PAYPAL ONLY. At the end of the contest the winner will be required to provide PSD files. Good Luck!

Not quite chlopzmazur. Needs many more images and in monotone. For those of you who refuse to look at my example...here it is below. As outlined in the contest description, I need a white background that contains many images from the NFL, MLB,NBA, AND NHL. Athletes and team logos, and related images. A montage. Almost exactly like what you see, but with different images and on a white background. And then I added instead of gray, use red on the left side and blue on the right side. To give it the good ol American "Red, White, and Blue" to match the theme of the site. Don't forget. Monotone, like the example.
The background on your site is ar8sed up. It tiles and aligns left, so looks awfull in a large screen. Current site: Im guessing you want it to look like this: (reduced to 50% size) Is that right? If so the image does not actually need to be 1263 x 500, so long as the css is set up as shown in the screenshot.

VashaDesign-qw3rt7's entry is very close to what I am looking for regarding the red and blue touch......Maybe not all the players I would have picked , but that's the idea. I am also interested in seeing the gray monotone on both sides of the background, for a side-by-side comparison, (as the gray may not seem as busy). Regarding how many backgrounds-This contest is for 1 background; the default (main) background for my site, which I plan to use on the home page. Although this contest is for 1 background, I wanted to make all the contestants aware that there is room for additional work in this contest. In the coming weeks I may need 4 additional backgrounds, each specific to a major league sport, which I plan to rotate with each page refresh. I will not make a new contest for the other 4 background, but work with winner of this contest. I like to build solid working relationships. Re the CSS and size. The example was displayed on a member profile page, in which the setting were aligned to the left and tiled. However, I would like to have the CSS on my default home page to be setup correctly so that a smaller image displays correctly on all size monitors. If contestants are familiar with CSS and what code is required that information would be helpful. Thank you for your efforts thus far.
