|$40| Simple Layout psd

This is my first contest so I'll try and describe accurately .... here goes.

I need a .psd of a Layout but without the main body content.So i will need only .....

1) Header
2) Tabs
3) Footer

Simple as that.

1)First the header, i would like it to look be something like the following page:http://moourl.com/zw365, that includes the Login as well as the Blue sky illustration part.Now for the login part i would like to see it in 2 color variants - a blue and a green. As for the illustration i don't have anything specific in mind.

2) The tabs i would like again to color variants of the tab on the following page : http://moourl.com/fsn3m again in the same green and blue color you used above.

3) Last the footer i don't have anything specific in mind as long as it is a match with all the above. It could be simple or it could be creative.

Payment will be via paypal only.

Project goes on till i find something but i hope its very quick.

@ jnjnnino, first of all thanks for your submission.
Lets start with the green part of the header. Well designed but in place of the fields you placed for username and password i would like in that place to have "Log in" + "Register". Once the user clicks either then the green bar will expand upwards and those fields will show up there.
The illustration part not bad.
The tabs are not what i was looking for... please user these tabs http://moourl.com/fsn3m exactly.
The footer, sorry but no.

Generally i think you have started great. Keep it up!

@stardesigns99 thanks for your entry buddy. As for your design i can say that the only thing that you have that i like is the sky illustration in the header. The tabs are not according to my link same goes for the log in field. Please use the links provided for reference.
