The rule is that you have to specify if you are using clip-art or stock images. It brings the forum down when people try to pass off clip-art as their own work.

Not the case. It is purely coincidental. Simple common element logos like that are likely to have similar existing counterparts.

 

oh really so why didn't you say this from the beginning? Maybe the element she made is similar to the one you found but they are not the same

 

@mikejohnson This is the first time ever seeing the Cartaret logo so how would I know?
There is no chance that the jeep would line up exactly with the stock image by coincidence.
It is not legal to use that jeep without a commercial use license. It would be fine if she provided the proof of license to the purchaser and was upfront about it so the contest holder knows that this is not a trademarkable logo.
