Hi All, Contest Details: Prize: $40 (via paypal) - I have hosted many contests in the past and I pay promptly End Time: Tuesday 3rd - 1pm GMT Background: So my girlfriend is setting up a candle company called Pure Melts, this is being marketed as a company which supplies high-quality candles so elegance is a must. Requirements: Things which are a MUST.. The logo must look elegant and professional, nothing comical or childish looking. The logo must be provided in a vector image as it will eventually be blown up to a large banner (physical banner). Colours have not been decided so again, you can decide, I am unsure whether black and white would look best (with a colour background) or all colour or no colour so feel free to experiment. Logo Suggestions: The logo will be going on tins like this (and also the website logo in general): A label will be wrapped around the entire circumference of the tin, so a background might look good? or maybe a minimalist look would be better.. I'm undecided so please feel free to experiment.. I'll post examples of competitors designs below to give you an idea.. Here are some designs I came up with for the picture I had in my head however please again feel free to ignore these as I'm not overly creative! I will also require a circular logo (again vector as the lid sizes may change) which contains the same base logo however on a circle image.. here is what a competitor has done to give you an idea: Other competitors logos: I hope that gives you enough information to get started and I'm looking forward to seeing your designs! Good Luck and any questions please let me know I'll check this thread frequently!
These are nice, I particularly like the 3rd and 2nd ones (the logo used on the blue background) would it be possible to see this one in some alternative colours (for the background of the circle, which is currently white) in either case though, good job
Nice try although I am not overly keen on the M in Melts and also the colours are not quite what i'm looking for
I like the attempt although the M being on fire isnt something which lets our customers know the product is safe
