Hi Need a logo for a British based company called The City Locksmith Brighton The client has an idea of how he would like the logo to look altjopugh he is open to any other designs you guys would like to submit. Please see the attached mock up of how the logo should look. The skyline of Brighton doesn't even have to be created by you guys. It will be downloaded from www.alamy.com/stock-photo-illustration-of-brighton-and-hove-skyline-with-major-tourist-attractions-103743068.html Can you please let us know what size image should be purchased for use on this logo. You can see the sizes in the royalty free options at the above domain. The client was wondering if it would be possible to try a couple of different concepts? He was thinking of having the text on the key going around rather than outside it but not sure if it will be too small. Also he likes the idea of having bright yellow, maybe alumnus little windows on the attractions to look like lights so its almost like the city at night. 1. Contest runs for 5 days but will extend if required 2. No clip art/copyright images please - original designs only 3. Logo must be suitable for web and print 4. Winner will be paid $40 via PayPal 5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner. Look forward to seeing some great designs Paul
Here's my entry. I made two versions of the logo. One concept is made with negative space. Hope you like it. Let me know your comments. Thanks.
Thanks for all the design so far: favourite design so far is Jagodesign. If the client could see the following changes jagodesign, that would be great: 1. Would it be possible to see what it's like with a very bright yellow, almost like a neon yellow if that's such a thing. 2.Also can we add a tip to the end of the key, it can go out of the box thing and make the blade of the key more central to the head of the key, if you look it's a bit low, maybe add some shoulders onto the key like in some of the other designs. thanks, Paul
Thanks for the feedback, here is the revision, please let me know what you think @ukfish1 Cheers, Jago
Hi Jago sorry to be a pain but client would like, if possible to see a couple of additional variations: 1. The most recent version of the logo with a thin black border around the yellow part? Just thinking of the contrast against white. 2. As above but using dark grey/gun metal and yellow. I thought the grey/silver could look more key like. Hope that's OK thanks, Paul
