Terms
By accepting payment you agree to the following terms: this competition is being run as a contractual job through my company and you are working as a subcontractor. Your works will be re-sold to my client(s). All fully editable source files with fonts and sources for all photos and images (if applicable) must be transferred to me.

The designer (you) cannot display works in your portfolio. The winner cannot re-sell any works, modified or unmodified, designed for this competition. You may not contact my client(s) directly for any reason. All work produced must be 100% original by you. If any source materials (photos, images, fonts, etc.) are used that are not royalty free, you are responsible for all fees. We will pay additional fees for source materials of winning competitions only if we pre-approve these contests BEFORE the contest deadline.

exlvl - thanks for submitting the first entry! The style isn't quite what the client is seeking, it's a bit too wavy and harder to read. Please see the comments on the other entries to get a better idea of the style that is wanted.

earnbyblog - thanks! I really like the font used, it's plane but clear and a nice colour. The style of the top piece doesn't look like a home - it almost looks like power lines. The second one is alright, but not as good as the first.

misterbadz - great job! This is one of the top entries. The top 2 look really nice (I like the top one the best), I'm not s huge fant of the blue font, maybe you could try some font work that might improve it? the "home" font looks great.

dumitrumidon - yes, of course.

divide0 - great job! This first is one of the top entries. I am just concerned that either the font has to be too small to read or the logo part will need to be too large. Is there a way of changing the logo a bit so that it will work at the size you have in the top right corner, but with the font beside it on two lines - or another way so that both the font and logo are more proportiante?

2nd entry = I like the first entry better than the second.

3rd entry = another great idea and style, I'll see what the client thinks.

khnfrhn - might be a bit too simple, but I will check wit hthe client and let you know. Maybe some font or colour work can improve it?

suke - fantastic design, I really like this one a lot. thanks for participating in another one of my contests. I showed it to the client and it's a bit too modern and they want to proceed with another one....thanks again for your entry.

misterbadz - thanks for the revisions. the client has decided that they want to go with this logo, but need some font changes first. In the third one from the top, the word "home" is great, but the rest is too hard to read. Can you make some variations with some more "regular" curvy, non-serif fonts. thanks.

divide0 - thanks to you as well, this looks fantastic and was close to being the winner, but the client felt that they liked misterbadz's a bit more because the logo was integrated to the wordmark.

Hmm.. Hope the client will like more simple design from me
