I am looking for a logo for a design and drafting services business. Basically, this business designs plans and drawings ready for construction. These plans include many types of real estate projects such as residential,commercial,infrastructure, etc. I like the logo to be simple and convey the meaning of what the company does. Prefer the logo to be a max of 2 colors. I will need color and black and white files of the logo from winner. Company name: Turnkey Tract . @remus94 Thank you for the submission. The logo includes most of what I require but I am unsure if "house" symbol between 2 T's is what I am looking for and a slight color difference between 2 T's may be necessary to differentiate there are 2 T's. @dikoka Thanks for your submission. Logo is simple but I do not see where it conveys what the business stands for.
Basically I was thinking about the construction drawings and planning. The first T is the plan with the dashed lines and the second T is the finished project. Anyways I will keep working on other concepts.
@dikoka thanks again for your time on the 2nd concept but its not my favorite. @iDesignLogo Thanks for the submission, while I see what you did, it is entirely focused on a house. @cyz12 Thanks for your submission, it is a step ahead and nicer compared to @remus94. I like the first concept and have few suggestions but will wait until I see other submissions. @GM8 thanks for the submission but its one color and too simple.
