Contest $40 logo contest

I need a new logo. It needs to contain an eagle and contain the wording. Colors to use are green and blue. Keep in mind that this logo will be used for clothing embroidery as well as print and web. Here's the current "logo":

tell me what elements would you like in the logo

 

Relwan: I like the wording on the first one and the eagle, but don't feel they go together very well.

Adwaitk007: I like the Eagle graphic inside of the circle, but don't care for the circle.

Relwan: I like the first of your 2nd try. Some of the lines look a little bumpy, but I know those can be cleaned up. Potential Finalist

Scorpian: I like the middle one a lot. Thanks for the submission. Definately a finalist.

Mr.Legend: I like the concept of the first one the most of yours. However, it doesn't look much like an eagle, it looks more like a Phoenix.

 

Hows This? Feedback Appreciated and Changes can be made...

MixedTiger: I like the eagle in this. Good logo.

Universifier: This is a finalist. Might need to work on the solid colors, but it's not a big deal.

Mr.Legend: Philadelphia? and the second logo is too young looking. This is equipment for elderly people.

cholisnur: I'm not a big fan of the circle enclosure.
