Well, i dont want to rip anyone off. And this was only mock up, i did it in 10mins. To ask for $40 is kinda unfair

 

Logorice and jokomamamita - thanks for your entries. Nice how both of you incorporated the initials into the design.
DesignGuru... I like the new one better. Thanks.

 

While posting that last one, I see some really nice new entries. Thanks everyone. I'll comment on them later.

 

Cbrown - nice job.
tDesigns - Nothing quite says profit like a $. I'm surprised there haven't been more entries using dollar signs. But, the Marketing Consulting should not be part of the logo.
Rizzolution - some very nice entries, I especially like the first one. I think the font on the next 3 are a little hard to read, and the last one, not too crazy about... maybe the symbol looks too much like the symbol for 'man?'
crowquill - this design is good, but doesn't stand out on the page.
Jasna88 - I appreciate that, but, when you win a contest, taking the full prize money means that something you did was better than all the rest to the contest holder. Art and design are all about the imagination, and you aren't ripping someone off if what you think up is the best, even if it takes less than a minute.

rizwan - I think you may have misunderstood my earlier comment. I liked the first design a lot as it was. It was on the middle submissions that I didn't like the font. But, looking at it again, I'm wondering if the word Profits should be the big one, rather than Assured.

Your new submission is too much a long rectangle, and wouldn't fit in a avatar or thumbnail which could be a problem with a number of the logos that have been submitted.

Mantisart, that is a problem with your submission also, although that one could just use the design without the words.

 

First of all, I want to thank everyone who entered my first contest. There were a number of really great entries, and I had a very hard time choosing between them. In the end, I am choosing a variation on the very first entry, watari's #14. A very close 2nd place is rizzolution's #23. I'm even tempted to purchase that also and do some tests to see which is liked better in the marketplace.

Again, these were not the only really great designs, but they were the ones that fit my needs best. The contest is now closed.
