Hey guys, Looking for a nice logo making for a new nitro/petrol remote control vehicle website I'm working on. These are fairly high end vehicles (costing between £100-700 each) so would like a cool logo to go with the website (hence offering a little more than the $15-30 usually available in logo contests). I guess people in hobby like the idea of their vehicles being extreme so maybe play upon that. Not too fussed about size or colour scheme for the logo - I haven't chosen a theme for the website yet. I guess an area of 450x175 wouldn't be a bad size for the logo. Concept wise, go wild as I'm not really sure what I want just yet, I just know I want something cool and eye catching. Maybe play on the idea of a monster car, or a monster with the word RC incorporated or something? I dunno. Be creative and go wild, when I see something I like I'll know. Contest will continue until I'm happy with the design, submissions preferably in this thread but I know some people prefer to do it via PM so thats fine too. Payment will be made via paypal once I have a winning design I'm happy with
Feedback sent to a couple of those whom I liked their rough concepts, nothing has really grabbed me yet. Perhaps think more warm colours - maybe a flame affect and/or a cool rather "monstrous" (could even anthropomorphize it a little if it fits) vehicle. The guys involved in this hobby tend to think its rather extreme and exciting so I feel a logo should reflect that.
