2- Use Color Schemes That Fit To The Site, Again Must Look Very Professional.

3- Do Not Just Modify The Look Of The Header Must Be Totally Redesign.

4- Do Not use Any Of Those Icons That The Current Header Haves, The Only Thing That Will Be Used Is The Website Logo And Must Appear In The New Header.

5- There will Be A Guarantee Winner.

6- Payment Will Be Done With Paypal, Your Paypal Account Must Take Credit Card Payments.

7- All Questions Will Be Posted In This Thread Do Not PM Me With Questions I Will Not Answer Them, Also All Headers Must Be Posted In This Thread Do Not PM Headers I Will Not Reply To Any PM.

8- PSD Files Must Be Provided Once Winner Is Chosen.

just to add onto what blankeyecue said.. that site was loading all sorts of strange things
when i attempted to open in in IE...

maybe you might have to take a screenshot of your site
for this to work out like how you want it to..
