I think its a little too cartoonish for me. Not really what I'm looking for. Thanks for trying.

 

Business needs to match Growth.
I think you need to take a step back on your design. The X needs to go back to the original design. But take the flash out. Keep the ONDU on the original.

 

Don't care for 1 or 2.

I like 3 better, but not sure on the font for the ONDU. Your X looks good.
I also don't care too much for the slogan. Just not feeling it on any of the designs.

 

Not really liking the symetrical X too much. Try rotating it 90 degrees.

 

It's interesting. But not really sure if its something I can use.
