$40 header/logo contest

I am looking for a header/Logo to a website called southwestrentback .co.uk, this is a website for home owners in the South West of UK (England) to sell their property and rent it back if they cannot afford the current mortgage or are facing financial difficulties, looking for a great encouraging logo.

hi, no particular text except for the name necessary, i can always add this if need be, but dimensions need to be a full page width i.e. 800px and a decent height like 200px

Can you give me a little more description on what it is that your looking for on the logo? Maybe a house and the name right next to it.

Also any colors you prefer?

TDGRaphics, not really much in it to be fair, just the house with letters in it, although your submission is appreciated

Lonewolf9378, much more appealing, you've got the map in there which i like, exactly where it is positioned as well and i like the way you have placed the domain name where it is, and the colour transition effect you have at the top from left to right, however the colours in the transtion are really dark, the colour for and around the map is fine but from the 2/3 of the logo from the left is really too dark, but the colours in the bar for the southwestrentback domain name is fine, i.e. the grey/silver black transition etc.
Also SWRB is not really who we are/will be, that might be another company name, so perhaps if you might want to replace the SWRB with people or animated figures that represent in picture what the company is about?

i received another submission by pm but would prefer if participants post here then it can be fair for others to see if and why i chose yours and relative feedback.
