$40 Header Contest for Hosting Site - Web 2.0 Style

I need a new stylish 2.0 image for my Joomla Hosting Reviews Site.

Here is what I need:

1. Main Image for Header
2. Simple Logo in upper left corner
3. Suggest a color for the links.

Looking for something clean and simple
Winner will be paid by paypal
Eventually I want to have several of these images for the site. Which means more work for the winner.

Main Image Guidelines
Image should be 500px by 190px
You can select any color you want for the background
I want the image to contain one of these illustrations

Dimensions: 211px by 60px
Logo should be .png on a transparent background

Font Color
Select a font color for all links
Color should be readable, coordinate with the images
viewable on the main image color background

Thanks for the entry! Looks good, a few things that you could improve.
These items could apply to other contest entries as well.

• Reduce the number of elements on the banner I am looking for clean and simple.
• You do not have to stick with the orange as the background color
• I am looking for bright shinny colors.
• The text in the upper left corner should be "Joomla Hosting Reviews" if you can fit it.
• Maybe remove the joomla logo from the man

@eskwire: yup, i know what is web 2.0 i have 2 years working with that, but i havent made a portfolio yet (too lazy) anyways i have my own style as every designer, something kinda of Modern Web 2.0 Style but you are the boss so here is my new summision according to your specifications:

I apologize for not being clearer in my contest update. You definitely have an eye for style. Web 2.0 can be many things and the elements of web 2.0 I was interested were what I mentioned above.

If we do not hear from BabyKiKi in 12 hours or so I will go ahead and pick a winner.
