Is this a flash header or photoshop header? As I can see it is a templatemonster template #16842 which is having flash theme header..

So far i will say it nice. But put the Voip Provider logo on the top right.

what are the dimensions?
do you want the images that are already present to be incorporated?

 

Same as the actual header , see on our site

It is up to you but it is not a requirement. At the end i choose the best header.
