    I'm sorry DP designers for not being around the last couple days!

    I see I have some confusion here about placement, yes it's too be placed in the top left corner as the poster above did. However, I'm not looking for a million concepts with the capital building in it, as you can see this is already in the header image itself.

    I'm going to start giving individual entry feedback over the next couple hours, and for the hassle of me not being around am increasing the winning payout to $50 instead of $40.
