    These servers you have the option to pay more, and rent to own in 12 months. You would then own the servers, or hardware, other than the router. This does not include the pricing for IP space. You can manage that any number of ways. However, since you have a router, there are a couple of opportunities in that regard.

    Or you can simply lease them all as long as you like on a month to month basis.

    If you rent to own, you would revert to COLO pricing upon completion of your payments (month 13). You can either opt to purchase the router ($XX,XXX), or continue to rent it monthly.
