40% CTR Should I be Scared?!

I just made a quick change in ad placements , basically spamming my site with annoying adsense ads. LOL


Well having a High CTR! Should i be scared of getting Banned,



I love the change though.. =].


Should i keep it.. or change it a bit more ..

What is a High Safe CTR rate?

Wow, I don't even see how your site can get that high of CTR O_O

But, man, aslong as your not cheating in away you should be ok, that CTR though...still kinda "too" high for google perhaps.

 

Way too high. You will need to do some changes...

 

As long as you aren't violating and TOS then don't worry. Any CTR above 20% is amazing...but it will definitely draw the attention of google...so don't break any rules. Otherwise, rock on!

google isn't going to like you using their name like that, you will be lucky if they don't shut you down before your first check rolls in

 

So long as it didn't jump from 5% - 40% overnight, Google shouldn't mind.

 

Where were you in all the previous discussions?

As for the CTR... if it is steady CTR you are fine... if not, something is up. The way it is now wouldn't get you 40% CTR... at least from my experiences. If it is steady, congrats!

 

If I own the site, I would remove all adsense code soonest possible.

You shouldn't worry your placement is excellent ,i checked it out

But there is another side of coin,you losing many people from your site on adsense ads.
This is why i would remove unit at the bottom of page

wow they must be displaying some good ads, I have never heard of a CTR so high

 

The secret is:

- A solid niche that everybody looks daily

- A solid aged domain

- Lots of unique content

- Lots of unique content

- And more unique content

This way you will get traffic, #1 in serps and valid clicks.

You benefit advertisers, cause content is 100% related to them, and visitors, both for content and solid ads.

Simple, huh?

 

just make you sites content gibberish.and slap one 160x600 , and two 336 x 280 .you can easily get 40% ctr.
