Ok, this might be a joke, has anyone ever had 40 clicks that didn't even reach 2 bucks? I bet there's ppl getting 10 times more with a single click.
Yeah, that is a bit obvious isnt it? <.< Is CPC low cause site is only PR1? google doesnt bore show expensive ads on low importance sites? <.<
This is exactly why I am not showing none at the moment. I was, but 88 clicks and $8.40 is just not worth it at the moment.
One of my sites used to regularly get sub 5c per click. Then it went up to PR 4 and it gets at least 6c a click now Fortunately it gets a lot of clicks or I'd be quite annoyed.
Site authority doesn't have a huge effect (if any), it's all down to your niche and content. For example, product orientated websites will generally have a higher CPM as the ads displayed will be for related products in competitive marketplaces.
Page Rank has nothing to do witc CPC. The CPC depends of the niche, keyword and content of your site. sometimes i got only 3 cents for a click, but sometimes 44cents.
Stating the obvious here - it's mainly down to your niche. I have some sites that only earn a few pence per click, others that earn around $1 -$2 a click. Depends on the niche. In general, if the advertisers are only selling a low profit product, they're not going to spend much advertising it so cpc will be low
You must be having non US/Europe traffic, i.e. traffic from India. Google has very low CPC for traffic coming from these countries.
Do not expect more money from adsense.which also effect your web site niche but there are also people gain more money and they have loads of traffic
it depends on the niche/keyword and the clicked ip. By the way, i believed that some of the clicks are considered as invalid click
The payout isnt always due to to the clicks but its based on your eCPM (Effective cost-per-thousand-impressions). Google explains more on the subject here https://www.google.com/adsense/supp...&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link
