Actually smart pricing became a bit better than it was before. Before the entire account was smart priced, now smart pricing is applied to individual domains. I have several domains with adsense ads and some of them get like 1c for 10 clicks while others get up to 3$ per click. I added another domain my adsense account a couple of days ago and it is getting clicks but no earnings... I emailed google today asking why this is happening... would report back when I get an answer from google. My guess is that the previous owner of the domain was banned from adsense...
