40$ Change my header :-D

    Hello

    I need proposals to change the header of this website

    http://www.toutsurlequebec.fr

    You can change the background color if needed, the site could be translated as "all about quebec", the buttons top right can't be removed

    for now this is dummy content, i ll fill up the directory later. just the directory plazza logo and the blackbox should be redone
