$40 banner/favicon contest - Professional look

Hello all,

Need of a banner (max 500*80px) and a favicon.
I am in the process of re-branding a site so need a unique logo that relate to the theme.

Theme: Digg like site where people can submit news and vote on them - Site gives more exposure to popular news / stories. (We enhance the bloggers voice)

My own idea is to make some sort of megaphone logo that enhance a news story.

The current template used is identical to this one: http://www.qkin.com/pligg_latest/ (So will need something with white background and should go along with the blue. Think colors like white,blue,orange could work, but feel free to experiment)

I cannot reveal the site it is needed for, so will make some temporary text here to use. After my decision, I will PM with winner to tweak the correct text I need.

I am not looking for anything flashy, but something that gives a professional feel to it and it should be recognizable as the template is pretty mainstream in itself.

Payment will be made through Paypal to the winner I select.
And I will use the winner for future jobs like this.
